Custom Sewn Bedding

Travel trailers often have odd-sized beds.
Single beds are skinny singles - too small for twin sheets.  The double futon
is not quite double bed sized.  And the table-to-bed conversion, that's something
completely different altogether!  Sliding into a nice, cozy bed after
a busy day of camping is even better when your sheets stay in place on your bed.
Much easier to make up in the morning, too, keeping the trailer tidy.

Dressmaking Services

A cool, simple, cotton dress for a special occasion this summer.

Or a cotton dress with fabric rosettes to add some fancy detail.

Let The Games Begin

My tween-age daughter has become infatuated with all
things Hunger Games. While I haven't had the time to really dive into making
hand-crafted Hunger Games memorabilia, here are a couple of things
I've crafted for her.  First, the cloth Hunger Games
bookmark:

And then today I made a new light switch cover for her room:

"May the odds be ever in your favor."

Ruffle T Shirt

I lucked out at Giant Tiger the other day when I found
girls' t shirts on clearance for $2.00 each.
I had the perfect plan for them...

... I took one t shirt apart and used it to create a cute ruffle t shirt!
Good bye plain tee, hello adorable ruffles.

One BIG Zipper

As a seamstress, I notice things like buttons, embellishments, fasteners, zippers....
but you don't have to be a seamstress for this zipper to catch
your attention.  I can honestly say I have never seen
a backpack zipper quite like this one!

New Life for Gap Jeans

This great pair of Gap jeans were wearing out, but my client
just couldn't bear to give them up yet.

A couple of inner thigh patches and
a new hem make them ready to wear again!
