Blue Jean Repair
A little sewing repair to extend the life of my son's favourite jeans.
Winter has officially arrived in Campbellford, so making these holey-kneed jeans
into a pair of shorts wasn't an option ... yet!
Just another casualty from playing mini stick hockey at recess:
But a little reinforcement will keep him in the game.

Welcome 2012, you're going to be a great year! I'm so excited to see what this year has in store for Log Cabin Sewing Studio. Armed with lots of fresh ideas, new patterns and fabric and my first "alteration" job of the year, I'll be heading back into the sewing room tomorrow morning after a wonderful holiday break.
